Jeff Silverman is head of Advisory Solutions at Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions. He is responsible for developing multi-strategy investment solutions for institutional clients, especially those focusing on or incorporating quantitative strategies.

Prior to Franklin Templeton, Mr. Silverman was the president and head of business development for AlphaParity, LLC, a risk premia investment firm that was sold to Franklin Templeton Investments. Previously, Mr. Silverman was a partner and the head of strategic development for Perella Weinberg Partners' Asset Management business, where he led the group's alternative investments product development strategy.

Prior to PWP, Mr. Silverman was a partner and the director of investments at Tudor Investment Corporation, where he directed all aspects of investment team recruiting/hiring and strategic external investments. At Tudor, Mr. Silverman was responsible for expanding the business globally, leading the build-out of trading operations and product extensions in Singapore and Sydney. Before Tudor, Mr. Silverman served for seven years in various positions at Goldman Sachs. Most recently, he was a vice president in the Prime Brokerage group, where he was a senior member of the Arbitrage and Leverage marketing team. Prior to Goldman, Mr. Silverman traded agricultural commodities at Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, he was an options volatility arbitrage floor trader in London as a member of the International Petroleum Exchange and the London Commodity Exchange.

Mr. Silverman holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University.
