Kelley Clement

Kelley Clement is a vice president and research analyst for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income - Municipal Bonds in San Mateo, California, United States. Mrs. Clement is responsible for high yield and investment grade municipal bonds; she leads the analysis of the electric utility sector in both corporate and municipal utilities, as well as the industrial revenue bond and pre-paid gas sectors.
