Norma Fraser, Vice President of New Business Services, has a current team of 20 globally and is primarily responsible for the on boarding of all institutional products, FTS coordination of new retail products, complex product research, new product reporting, FTS contingency requirements and a variety of global strategic initiatives.

Norma Fraser joined Franklin Templeton in January 1989 as a corporate accountant in the Edinburgh office and was responsible for establishing monthly accounting procedures and processes for the Edinburgh office. She transitioned to FTS as a fund accountant within the Edinburgh office in 1990. This role involved the inception of Fund Accounting in Europe and primary the role out of Coda, GMAX, OneTIS and the calculation of the first Franklin Templeton fund NAV's. In 1991 Norma moved to the Luxembourg office in the role of Fund Accounting Supervisor whose primary responsibility was to establish Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting capability within the confines off the Luxembourg regulatory "central administration" requirements. This led to the insourcing of the FTIF SICAV range. Norma was duly promoted to Accounting Manager Luxembourg and subsequently held a variety of posts within GFAD including Fund Accounting Manager Europe, Financial Reporting Manager Europe, Financial Reporting Manager International and Director of Financial Reporting Europe. In 2005 Norma was appointed joint General Manager of Franklin Templeton International Services SA, Luxembourg, a role required by the Luxembourg regulator, the "CSSF", involving the oversight of services and staff of the Luxembourg office. In 2006 Norma moved to Cape Town and was instrumental in establishing New Business globally. In December 2013, Norma assumed additional responsibility for the FTS Portfolio Administration team primarily responsible for the maintenance of Franklin Templeton's institutional accounts. This team comprises approx. 70 staff globally.

Norma holds a B.A. (Honours) in Business Studies from Robert Gordon's University in Aberdeen, Scotland. Norma qualified as a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in 1991 and currently holds a fellowship status.
