Wendy Purser

Wendy joined Franklin Templeton to focus on the delivery of the Organisational ESG Data Programme (OEDP). Wendy is leading FT through this complex and extensive data programme, under pining delivery of data for many regulatory and investment services use cases and needs. Alongside Wendy is providing FT project management services to the Global Sustainability Strategy Team. Wendy also works with Technology facilitating delivery of Sustainability data solutions.

Wendy has 30 + years' experience of delivering global change programs & projects for both Technology and Business teams. Wendy is a subject matter expert for both data and regulatory needs and requirements across many Financial Services sectors.

Wendy was formerly a Head of Business Systems for mergers & acquisitions and large-scale transformation programmes for RBS Group. Wendy has worked as an independent Management Consultant for the last 9 years specialising in the delivery of Regulatory and Data Management programmes including technology platform transformations. Prior to joining us, Wendy had been working for the UK Government on their Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twins data science programmes.

Professional qualifications include an MSP in Program Management, Certificate in Management Studies, Cranfield Business School, Women as Leaders & Strategic Consultancy accreditations plus trained in Six Sigma Work-out, process Improvement tools and techniques. Wendy has 9 "O" and 2 "A" levels including Law and Economics.
