Jay Choi, CFA

Jay Choi is a senior vice president, senior executive director with research responsibilities for companies in South Korea.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2003, Mr. Choi was an assistant manager at POSCO, where he was responsible for accounting and financial transactions. Previously, he worked for Korean Air, in the cargo export business. He entered the financial services industry in 2003.

Mr. Choi holds an M.B.A. in financial institutions and markets from the State University of New York, Buffalo and a B.S. in forest resources from Seoul National University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
