Max Corvin

Max Corvin is a director with Franklin Templeton Alternative Investments, which includes K2 Advisors and Benefit Street Partners.

Mr. Corvin has over eighteen years of experience within the investment industry. Prior to this role he was a vice president within Global Product Management supporting Franklin Templeton's alternatives offerings. In this role Mr. Corvin worked partnered with global distribution, developing strategies and communicating the team's investment process. Mr. Corvin joined K2 Advisors in 2008 (prior to Franklin Templeton's acquisition in 2012) and focused his efforts on building relationships with clients by providing education on alternative investments and developing customized hedge fund solutions. Prior to K2, Mr. Corvin worked at Bear Stearns Asset Management as a vice president, where he focused on building a third-party hedge fund platform. Mr. Corvin also worked at Merrill Lynch and DLJ Direct.

Mr. Corvin holds his B.A. in economics from University of Delaware. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
