Peter Sartori

Peter D. Sartori is senior managing director and director of portfolio management for the Templeton Global Investments (TGI) based in Nassau, Bahamas. He is lead portfolio manager for Templeton Growth Fund and Templeton Growth (Euro) Fund and related strategies. He heads up the TGI Nassau office and manages the TGI portfolio managers based in both Nassau and Fort Lauderdale. Peter is a member of the TGI management committee.

Peter has over 30 years' experience in the asset management industry. He started his career in 1990 at First State Investments in Melbourne Australia before opening their Hong Kong office in 1997. From 2001, he held senior roles at Scudder Investments in Singapore and Credit Suisse Asset Management in Sydney. In 2005 Peter launched his own boutique funds management company Treasury Asia Asset Management (TAAM) located in both Sydney and Singapore. TAAM was acquired by Nikko Asset Management Asia in 2014, and Peter remained with the company as Head of Asian Equities in Singapore until 2019. He joined Templeton in October 2019 in their Singapore office and relocated to the Nassau office in August 2025.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT (Phillip) in Melbourne, Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA).
