Venkatesh Sanjeevi (Venky)

Mr. Venkatesh Sanjeevi is Vice President & Portfolio Manager - Equities for Franklin Templeton India AMC Ltd. Mr. Sanjeevi manages Franklin India Bluechip Fund and Franklin India Equity Advantage Fund.

Mr. Sanjeevi has been in the investment management industry since 2007. He started his career with FT in 2021.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, he worked as Senior Investment Manager at Pictet Asset Management, London, where he was the co-lead for Pictet Indian Equities Fund. Also, he worked as Portfolio Manager at ICICI Prudential AMC, Mumbai and Edelweiss Asset Management, Mumbai.

Mr. Sanjeevi earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2005. He obtained his Chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004 and Bachelors of Commerce from Madras University.
